I stayed in room 208 for 32 nights. This hotel is strategically located with the metro station just nearby, less than 5 minutes away by walking. The hotel is also surrounded by many shops that sell everything that is needed from food and fruits to clothes, shoes, bags etc. Just beside the hotel is a 4 storey supermarket on one side and on the other side, is a shop that sells nuts, Turkish sweets, dried fruits. Opposite that 4 storey supermarket is The Happy Centre which is also a supermarket. There are many other shops nearby too, making it so convenient to stay at this hotel. The hotel room and bathroom is very clean with daily housekeeping services. There is a safe, long table and chair with tea/coffee/ water topped up daily with a kettle to boil water. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and there are lots of shelves and drawers to keep things. There is also good, reliable Wifi, hairdryer and ironing facilities. The staffs at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, always asking me if everything in the room was okay. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will likely be returning to Istanbul in one to 2 years time and I will definitely stay at this White Palace Hotel again. Thank you to Mr. Yusuf and all his other staffs for making my long stay in this hotel so comfortable and memorable. Keep up the good work!

I came alone here for surgery, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff made me feel safe and attended to me whenever I needed help especially whilst I was recovering. They are all very friendly, well mannered and polite. They act quick if you ask for something and make you the best morning coffee 😊!!! Response on what’s app is very quick too, they reply within a few seconds every time. Honestly, for someone who’s travelled to a lot of places this hotel is one of the best. Thank you so much 🙏🏽

From the moment me and my friend got there everyone was so lovely and friendly. My room was very clean as well as my bathroom. The location is perfect and room service was great and fast. The staff were really friendly and helpful during my stay of two weeks with the family there. The hotel itself was quite affordable, and over exceeded my expectations.
